On the first screen, type your congregation's name, ID, and PIN — your elders will give you these if you don't have them.
Next, type your own name and tap it when it appears. For privacy, no names are shown until you start typing.
Finally, enter your personal 4-digit PIN. If this is your first time, you'll be asked to choose one.
Your assignments show up right on the Home screen, and in full under Assignments. Tap any assignment to see its full details.
If an assignment is Pending, you'll see Accept and Decline buttons — tap one to respond. Once Confirmed, on the day of you'll see a Check In button.
Under Field Svc, you can log your hours, keep track of return visits and Bible studies, and save personal notes or talk material under My Resources.
Tap the sliders icon near the top of the screen. From there you can make the text larger, turn on stronger contrast, and switch between light and dark mode.
Most of the app works fine without internet — your schedule, assignments, and notes are all saved on your device. A few features (like scanning a document or importing a spreadsheet) need a connection the first time you use them. If you're offline, a small "Offline" badge appears near the top so you know.
